An experience in grassroots movement democracy like nothing else, our Annual Chapter Convention is the highest decision making body of the chapter. At our convention, we debate and decide on campaigns, resolutions, and/or bylaws proposals submitted by membership.

Resolutions
Any member in good standing may submit resolutions or proposed by-laws changes to be considered at the 2026 MD-DSA Convention. You can find the submission form here and you have until February 8th to submit your resolutions & proposals. Resolutions require 25 co-signers and bylaws amendments require 10 co-signers.
