Membership Engagement Committee
MEC is responsible for actions and projects that aid the Chapter in recruitment and retention efforts, onboard new members, and engage members with Chapter projects and initiatives.
Our Functions
- Member retention through connection to each other and chapter work
- Member recruitment through outward facing events, participation in campaigns, and outreach
- Development through political education and skill trainings
