I, ___________, agree to the following:
* I will not disclose Detroit DSA member or supporter data, in whole or in part, to any person who has not signed this agreement without prior authorization from the Detroit DSA Steering Committee.
Member data is defined as:
1) the combination of any member’s phone number, physical address, or email address with their first or last name,
OR
2) the combination of any of the preceding information with other information (e.g., survey responses) that could be personally identifying.
Supporter data is defined as:
1) the combination of any non-DSA member’s phone number, physical address, or email address with their first or last name,
OR
2) the combination of any of the preceding information with other information (e.g., survey responses) that could be personally identifying.
*I will store Detroit DSA member and supporter data securely – e.g., on a password-protected computer, on a web account with 2-factor authentication enabled, in a locked box/briefcase/backpack, etc.
*I will delete any local copies of Detroit DSA member and supporter data upon completion of the task(s) assigned to me, or, in the event that continuing access is needed for chapter business, agree to do so in a timely manner once my involvement with that chapter business ceases.
*I will not access Detroit DSA member data for purposes other than DSA related activities.
*I understand that logging into Action Network and the Detroit DSA website with administrative permissions will also grant me access to member data and must ensure the security requirements listed above have been maintained.
